If you are not satisfied with your product or have changed your mind about the purchase, you may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Once we receive the returned product, the refund will be processed within 30 days, using the same payment method you selected during purchase. No additional costs will apply.
In accordance with Brazilian law, products with manufacturing defects may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

We will review your case within 30 days after receiving the returned product. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you selected during purchase, with no additional costs.
Return shipping costs (for regret/cancellation or manufacturing defect) will be covered by our store through a reverse logistics process.
You will receive a postage authorization code by email and must drop off the package at a Correios office.
Packaging costs are not covered. We recommend reusing the original packaging (if undamaged) or using another suitable box to protect the product during transport.
